Yangtze River Delta Roadshow Center

The Yangtze River Delta Roadshow Center is a transformative urban regeneration project, breathing new life into the former Shanghai No. 7 Silk Printing Factory industrial site. Spanning 123 acres with a built-up area of 15,000 square meters, the complex comprises a main park area and an eco-landscaped parking zone. Twelve repurposed factory buildings form the main hub, housing four key functional areas: the Roadshow Center, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Services, Information Exhibition, and Business Support facilities.

Building No. 8 exemplifies the project's blend of heritage and innovation. While preserving the original factory facade, it features advanced Shone LED wall tiles for building applications. The white, ripple-textured waterproof LED wall tile surfaces serve as striking decorative accents by day, creating a vivid contrast with the historic red brickwork. At night, these luminous tiles gently illuminate the facade, intensifying the captivating play of light and shadow against the solid brick and evoking a uniquely elegant ambiance.

As a flagship urban renewal initiative, the entire Roadshow Center integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Shone Lighting, a leading LED wall tile supplier, achieved this harmony through custom-designed surface textures. These specially crafted waterproof LED wall tiles blend with the original industrial fabric of the structures. This approach respectfully honors the historical architecture while utilizing modern lighting technology to infuse the buildings with renewed artistic and cultural depth.
