The East Pacific Center

The Shenzhen Donghai International Center integrates four functional zones: office towers, a hotel, serviced apartments, and commercial spaces, forming the grandest comprehensive building complex along Shennan Boulevard. The project features two landmark office towers reaching approximately 190 meters and 150 meters in height respectively, a hotel standing at about 100 meters, two serviced apartment buildings rising to roughly 300 meters and 255 meters, and expansive commercial space covering approximately 65,365 square meters. With a total site area of 34,805 square meters, it stands as the largest and most fully-featured integrated development currently adjacent to Shennan Boulevard.

For the project's architectural lighting scheme, specific luminaires from Shone Lighting, a professional outdoor lighting factory, were selected. This included LED linear lights in the 42x60x1000mm specification and point light sources in the Ø35x24mm size.
