Comprising five Class A office towers (8–19 stories), this phase harmonizes with its surroundings to create a cohesive skyline.
The floodlighting employs clean, linear light to emphasize the modern, minimalist, and elegant style of the complex. Integrated with media façade lighting, it forms a strong, rhythmic visual display.
Shone Lighting provided a tailored solution focused on uniform light output, discreet installation, and final effect:
- Custom 35x39 linear lights with silver-white aluminum alloy housing and milky PC covers blend seamlessly with the architecture, preserving daytime aesthetics.
- Some fixtures include wire channels for neat installation, aligning with the buildings’ straight lines.

02. Baiyun High-Tech Zone · Industrial Innovation Park
Developed by the Baiyun High-Tech Zone Investment Group, this integrated R&D and office hub consists of seven distinctive buildings and serves as a landmark in the Minkey Park core area.
The lighting design utilizes regularly arranged decorative strips on the façade, embedding Shone linear lights (35x50 and 17x31 models). Light and shadow emphasize architectural layers, creating a modern, dynamic, and tech-oriented atmosphere.
Fixtures were customized in milky PC to match the decorative strips and installed discreetly with side brackets, preserving the daytime façade.
The DMX512-controlled system offers various lighting scenes and time-based modes, balancing visual impact with energy efficiency. Official data shows the park’s occupancy rate exceeded 80% by August 2021.
03. Tiansheng Innovation & Entrepreneurship Street – Southwest University Innovation Eco-circle
As a key demonstration area, Tiansheng Street aims to gather innovation resources and facilitate results transformation. The Southwest University (Chongqing) Industrial Technology Research Institute, its core structure (approx. 25,000 m²), uses Shone linear lights, wall washers, and floodlights to enhance the district’s spatial character and innovative vibe through crafted lighting.
